Western blotting analysis using anti-IL1B antibody (Cat#52425). Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with anti-IL1B antibody (Cat#52425, 1:300) and IRDye800CW Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (1:20,000) respectively.
