Western blotting analysis using anti-CD31 antibody (Cat#52749). Total lysates were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with anti-CD31 antibody (Cat#52749, 1:1,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody respectively.
Immunocytochemical analysis of A549. Primary antibody (red) was diluted at 1:200 (4°C overnight). Goat Anti Rabbit IgG (H&L) - Alexa Fluor 594 Secondary antibody was diluted at 1:1,000(room temperature, 50min). DAPI (blue) 10min.
