Flow cytometric analysis of SLC2A3 expression in HeLa cells using SLC2A3 antibody (Cat#1820, 1:2,000). Green, isotype control; red, SLC2A3.

Immunocytochemical staining of HeLa cells with SLC2A3 antibody (Cat#1820, 1:1,000). Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; SLC2A3 was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor® 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: Medium. Scale bar: 20 μm.

Immunohistochemical staining of mouse liver tissue with anti-SLC2A3 antibody (Cat#1820, 1:400). Cytoplasm and nuclei were stained with DAB; SLC2A3 was incubated at 37 ℃ and detected using HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (Cat#201, 1:20,000). DAB was used as the chromogen.

Western blotting analysis using anti-SLC2A3 antibody (Cat#1820). Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with anti-SLC2A3 antibody (Cat#1820, 1:5,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti -rabbit secondary antibody (Cat#201, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using FeQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#226).
