Flow cytometric analysis of CYP7B1 expression in HAP-1 cells using anti-CYP7B1 antibody (Cat#3869, 1：1000). Green, isotype control; red, CYP7B1.
Immunocytochemical staining of HAP1 cells with anti-CYP7B1 antibody (Cat#3869, 1:500) . Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; CYP7B1stained magenta with Alexa Fluor® 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: High. Scale bar, 20 μm.
Western blotting analysis using anti-CYP7B1 antibody (Cat#3869). Total cell lysates (30 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with anti-CYP7B1 antibody (Cat#3869, 1:1,000) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (Cat#101, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using NaQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#716).
