Western blotting analysis using anti-Nestin antibody (Cat#52542). Total cell lysates (35 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with anti-Nestin antibody (Cat#52542, 1:1,000) and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at room temperature for 60 min.
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human Glioma; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Antibody incubation with Nestin antibody, Unconjugated at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the SP Kit and DAB staining.
Immunocytochemical staining of U251 cells with Nestin antibody (Cat#52542, 1:100). Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; Nestin was stained magenta with FITC conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the blank control.
