The blot was incubated with anti-SNAI2 antibody (Cat#52497, 1:2,500) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (Cat#201, 1:20,000) respectively. Image was developed using FeQ™ ECL Substrate Kit (Cat#226).
Supplied in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% proclin300 and 50% glycerol.
